Fair wages and proper compensation is what many people work for. Often, they must work long, hard hours in order to provide for their families and meet other needs, so whenever something seems off with their pay, it can be concerning. The owners of the salon stated that they were unaware of these allegations until the lawsuit, and they do not believe any wrongdoing took place.
